Company search, Certificate of good standingIf you would like to find out information about a company in Spain, or would like proof of good standing of a company, just let us know. Once you provide us with sufficient information to track down a company, we will make the request from the Mercantile Registry, and send you an email with their resulting file. The file will contain the Spanish Mercantile Registry's report on whether the company has claims against it, and whether the company has debts. We will include a brief summary of this report in English. The file will also include all documents filed with the Mercantile Registry, such as audit reports, if any.
